Senior contains a combination of several joint supplements, such as glucosamine, MSM, green-lipped mussel, chondroitin, and vitamin C. Senior also contains the amino acid L-arginine and spirulina. L-arginine improves blood circulation throughout the body, and spirulina is packed with vitamins and minerals.
